The Board of Water Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and does not provide any guarantees and/or warranties relative to any item being sold. Each item is being sold "AS IS". Payment must be made with Cashier's Check, Treasurer's Check, Certified Check or U.S. Postal Money Order payable to the Chelmsford Water District at the time of pickup – no personal or business funds will be accepted. There are no refunds. Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the date of the end of the auction. The winning bidder is responsible for title transfer costs and transportation costs for pickup of each item. The winning bidder must also submit a signed “Certificate of Non-Collusion” (provided by municipality) prior to receipt of property as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, Section 10.
Item Description
For sale is a 2,000-gallon storage tank, which was never used. A complete schematic drawing is available in this posting and will be going along with the tank.

No taxes on our end. Municibid does not charge anything but the buyer's fee on their end.

It was a replacement tank for bulk chemicals. But did not fit in the original tanks location.
