Payment by cashiers check made out to Chester Water Authority. Must be picked up within 7 days of winning bid between the hours of 8am and 3pm Monday thru Friday paid in full.
Item Description
The 2007 Super M Backhoe is 2 wheel drive and has a fully enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning (not sure if the air conditioning is working at this time), it is an extended hoe with 12" and 24" buckets. Backhoe has street pads on the outriggers. The unit has 7,614 hours and has not been in service for 3 years. Everything worked when it was put into storage.
The backhoe is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Treatment Plant, 100 Ashville Road, Nottingham, PA 19362. Contact Chris Brosey at 717-529-2244, ext 4349. Backhoe is being sold “AS IS”. CWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by Cashier’s Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashier’s Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes. Once the Chester Water Authority has received the Cashier’s Check, the buyer will be contacted by Chester Water Authority to schedule the title transfer to complete the sales transaction. Buyer is responsible for paying all fees associated with vehicle title transfer and licensing. Buyer must pick up vehicle.

- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
