Certified check or bank wire transfer required prior to pick up. Certified check made payable to Keating Township. Item must be picked up within 20 days of auction end. All items will be sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. Keating Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.

Item Description

This paver was operational when parked. It hasn't run in several years. As far as anyone can remember, the only thing that didn't work was the screed heaters. It has a Detroit diesel engine. It is being sold in a non running condition with unknown possible issues.

Buyer is responsible for removal within 30 days. The township can assist in loading if needed.

The township is also receiving sealed bids for this item locally which will be mailed to 7160 RT 46, Smethport, PA 16746 until 3pm July 9th.
