Payment Details
All checks must be made out to "East Lycoming School District" or “ELSD”. East Lycoming School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waives any defects in the bids. All items are sold in “AS IS CONDITION”, “NO WARRANTIES”, “NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE”, “LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY”. All items will be picked up at the District Maintenance Facility by the winning bidder. The winning bidder may designate a representative to pick up their item. If that happens, the winning bidder must provide East Lycoming School District with the representative’s company name, and/or representative’s individual name in writing to be reviewed and accepted by East Lycoming School District before any items will be released. Please schedule pick-up of your items 24 hours in advance Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM by calling Chloe Smith at (570) 584-2131. No Friday, Saturday, or Sunday pickups will be accepted. All payments will be made at the School District Office at 349 Cemetery Street, Hughesville, PA. Payment is due within two (2) business days of winning an auction. No deposits or partial payments accepted. Cash, money order, or cashier's checks are acceptable forms of payment. If payment is not received within (5) business days, items will be relisted for sale on Municibid. The buyer will be responsible for PA Sales tax, title transfer, and tag fees. If exempt from PA Sales Tax, please present PA Resale or PA Sales Tax exemption certificates on or before the time of payment. All buyers or their approved representative will be responsible for securing items for transportation to their designated location. East Lycoming School District will not be liable for any damage once the item has departed from the East Lycoming School District property. Thank you for bidding!
