Item Description

2015 JCB 3CX 14ft Super 4x4 backhoe. 109hp T4i diesel engine no DEF. Heat and A/C. Automatic 6speed transmission with ride control. Quick detach 1.7 cubic yard front bucket. Rear side shift with extended dipper, 24in bucket, and hydraulic thumb. Advanced easy controls. 3504 hrs.

Pennsbury Township as seller disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Backhoe is being sold on "as is where is" basis. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due no later than seven (7) calendar days from time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. This item is schedule to be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting July 17, 2024; however, the Board reserves the right to reject any & all bids received.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
