Payment Details
Payment in full is due at the time of removal. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified bank or cashier's check made out to Juniata Valley School District, or United States currency for items $4,000.00 or less. All items must be removed within 5 business days from the time and date of the District's award of successful offer/bid. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The successful bidder must present a current and valid driver's license prior to driving the vehicle from the SELLER'S property. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. Property may be removed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. Title Transfer: The successful bidder will accompany the SELLER to a registered title transfer agent to complete the requisite title transfer documents. The vehicle was reconstructed and titled 03/31/2015.
The turn signals work intermittently.
There is rust on the doors and rocker panels that may need to be repaired in order to pass inspection.
Part of the headliner in the rear of the van has started to come down.
Tires are in decent shape.

Description Warranty: SELLER warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim of inaccurate description must be made prior to removal of the property. If SELLER confirms that the property does not conform to the description, SELLER will keep the property and refund any money paid to SELLER. The liability of the SELLER shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. I am not familiar with the vehicle's history prior to its acquisition by the district. A "reconstructed" title generally means that the vehicle was declared a total loss by an insurer, but was then rebuilt/repaired and passed inspection to be re-titled.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
