Item Description

The 2007 Super M Backhoe with ID#N7C426058 is 2 wheel drive and has a fully enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning (not sure if the air conditioning is working at this time), it is an extended hoe with and 24" bucket. Backhoe has street pads on the outriggers. The unit has not been in service for 4 years while in storage. It has a leaking transmission cooler and rust/rotted hood latches that we will not be fixing.

The backhoe is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Distribution Headquarters, 437 W. Front Street, Chester, PA 19013. Contact Ken Leibowitz at 267-760-1355. CWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by Cashier’s Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashier’s Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes. Once the Chester Water Authority has received the Cashier’s Check, the buyer will be contacted by Chester Water Authority to schedule the title transfer to complete the sales transaction. Buyer is responsible for paying all fees associated with vehicle title transfer and licensing. Buyer must pick up vehicle. Bids are due by September 5, 2024 at 11:00AM.

A:	I will try and get the hours. It will start & run but it leaks transmission fluid so you can't run it more than a minute or two. -Answered on 08/27/2024 03:11 PM

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
