Item Description

The 2010 Super M Backhoe with ID#NAC531330 is 2 wheel drive with a 18" bucket. Backhoe has street pads on the outriggers. The unit has 11188 hours. The main hydraulic storage tank is leaking and we will not be fixing or replacing it.

The backhoe is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Distribution Headquarters, 437 W. Front Street, Chester, PA 19013. Contact Ken Leibowitz at 267-760-1355. CWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by Cashier’s Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashier’s Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes. Once the Chester Water Authority has received the Cashier’s Check, the buyer will be contacted by Chester Water Authority to schedule the title transfer to complete the sales transaction. Buyer is responsible for paying all fees associated with vehicle title transfer and licensing. Buyer must pick up vehicle. Bids are due by July 16, 2024 at 11:00AM.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
