Item Description
The 1962 Roller has a John Deere engine and runs great. It has 1828 hours on the usage meter. The engine is a Model 4276DF001. The serial number is T04276D161535.
The vehicle can be inspected at the Hellam Township Public Works building Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM by appointment. Call (717) 434-1300 to schedule an appointment.
The winning bidder must submit payment to Hellam Township within five days of close of the auction. Acceptable methods of payment are certified check or cash. The winning bidder must remove the vehicle within 10 days of close of the auction. A storage fee of $25.00 per day will assessed for every day the vehicle is stored past 10 days. The vehicle is bought “AS IS” and has no implied warranties. Hellam Township Board of Supervisor’s reserve the right to reject any and all bids.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
