Equipment condition is listed in the description, as it was at the time of decommissioning, we do not guarantee functionality after transport. You are welcome to come and inspect equipment. Item Description
We are currently selling 16 pallets of Desktops 3 pallets of other items. A total of 1162 desktops, of which 1153 desktops were in working and good condition at the time of decommission. We do not guarantee this working count, but again, functionality at the time of decommission. This lot also comes with mouse, keyboards, power cords for each desktop and some other miscellaneous items. For example: some graphic cards and a few touch screen monitors. All 19 pallets are considered one lot, whoever wins the bid must take all. There are asset tags on the desktops, but no engravings or anything etched in. All SSD's have been wiped to DOD standards and there is a loading dock at location.
There are four different models of desktops, with specs and counts below:

Energy Star certified, HP VGA port, Intel Core i5-8500 3.0 6C 65W, 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4 5666, 9.5 DVDROM 8/6 G3 SFF G4 MT, 256GB M.2 2280 PCIe TLC SSD.
13 of these units have a Nvidia Quadro Graphic card and 2 have a 6-port graphic card
HP Pro G4 Desktop (222 Working Count)
9.5 DVDR 8-6G 3 SFF 4G 4 MT SFF, 400PJD BRO 310W MT CHAS, 8GB 1x8GB DD42400 NECC unbuffered, 256GB HD SSD, Intel 7500 7Gen Core i5-4c
6 of these units have a Nvidia Quadro Graphic card and 2 with wireless card.
HP pro desktop G3 (263 Working Count)
HP ProDesk 400 G3- Micro tower – 1 x Core i5 6500 / 3.2 GHz – RAM 8 GB – SSD 256 GB, DVD superMulti – HD Graphics 530 – GigE
6 of these units have a Nvidia Quadro Graphic card.

They are all on Standard pallets, basically 90-96 desktops per pallet. But I have no way of weighing these pallets, maybe you could get the weight of one of those units and multiply it by 95 and get a very good estimate.

We have pallet jacks available and will have the pallets ready for the driver to load onto his truck. We are not responsible for the shipping of this equipment.

They do not have an OS key embedded. An OS will be needed.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. You pay the selling agency directly for the full cost of the item. (unless otherwise noted)
All Buyers fee's are aggregate unless otherwise noted. This means after you cross certain price thresholds you will pay a different buyers fee for the remaining amount. See below for an example.
Example:
If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.
- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

FAIR WARNING ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You are legally obligated to pay for your item per the terms of the seller if you are the high bidder at the close of auction. If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
