Point Pleasant Fire Company can accept or reject any and all bids. Buyer assumes responsibility of condition and pick up of vehicle. Final sale pending committee approval 9-12-2024. If the private party is part of an emergency organization, said individual shall produce a letter from the Chief or Authority having Jurisdiction, stating the individual has permission to purchase this vehicle with emergency equipment in place.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
