Item Description

This 2010 Subaru Forester, previously used by the City of Northampton’s Department of Health and Human Services, is currently non-operational and requires transmission-related repairs, estimated at approximately $5,000. The vehicle has not been driven for over a year and remains in non-drivable condition. In addition to the transmission issue, the front bumper was previously damaged, and there may be hidden damage that was not fully addressed. The interior remains in fair condition. It features a 2.5L gasoline engine, all-wheel drive, and includes standard safety and convenience features.

The vehicle is being sold "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This vehicle will require repairs to become functional. The buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle, including arranging and covering the cost of towing.

A:	The vehicle is non-operational and cannot move under its own power due to transmission issues and having been undrivable for over a year. It will likely need to be towed.
