No warranty or guarantee. All items will be sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. Item must be paid for by certified check or bank check to Lower Makefield Township. Full payment must be received by Lower Makefield Township within ten (10) business days of Notice of Award. All items must be removed from Township property within five (5) business days of payment. Lower Makefield Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
Item Description
2007 Ford F550 Dump truck with aluminum dump bed, plow, and tailgate salt spreader. Truck currently starts with a boost and runs. Was used for snow removal and salting operations this past winter. Since then truck has developed a coolant leak and has been taken out of service due to scheduled replacement. The cause of the leak has not been investigated. Truck has various oil and hydraulic leaks and rust. Decals, radio, and lighting shall be removed prior to sale. Impressions and holes maybe left. Inspection stickers shall be removed prior to sale. Sold as-is.

This truck would just have the decals and two way radio removed. All amber warning lights would stay on the truck.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
