A:
An auxiliary diesel engine is provided to power the sweeper. The engine is a turbo charged four-cylinder John Deere with a horsepower rating of not less than 115 hp at 2,500 RPM and provides a peak torque rating of not less than 291 ft/lb at 1,400 RPM. Minimum displacement is not less than 276 cubic inches. Engine is made in North America.

Yes, but it does not pick up anything. The body of the hopper is rusted and the unit has no suction power.
