Item Description

Inspection expired June 2023. Vehicle will start with jump. Cannot be driven. Vehicle must be towed. 

E-Z Dumper operates as it should. 

Vehicles offered for sale are considered “used” and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the vehicles prior to bidding.  Inspection is by appointment only (FILL IN DATES and TIME ) in New Hope Borough, Bucks County, PA. Please contact Matt Decker at 215-862-3031 to arrange an inspection of the vehicle. You may also email MDecker@NewHopeBorough.org 

Once bidding is final and closed, the bid will be subject to consideration by New Hope Borough Council’s approval at a subsequent Borough Council meeting. New Hope Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Seller makes no warranty, guarantee, expressed or implied. All sales are final.

Buyer is responsible for all auction and transfer costs associated with the sale of the vehicles and/or equipment, including any applicable sales tax.

Accepted method of payment is Certified or Cashier’s Check, payable to New Hope Borough, upon acceptance of the successful bid.

Buyer is responsible for transportation of their awarded items. New Hope Borough will not provide transportation assistance.

Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, via the contact information above. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate/Confirmation Email, unless otherwise arranged.

For Pennsylvania residents, transfer of title MUST BE PERFORMED prior to vehicle pick-up.  A Borough representative will accompany the Buyer to local Tags Service vendor.

The frame is intact. The issues: -Transmission pin is leaking -Transmission lines are wet with oil and rotted so needs to be replaced -CV joints and bearings need to be replaced -Hubs and bolts are rotted and rusted
