Upon notification of the award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Borough of Denver within ten (10) business days or the bid will be forfeited, and the next highest bidder may be offered the bid award. Only cash; or a certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to the Borough of Denver shall be accepted forms of payment. Payment shall be delivered to the following address: Denver Borough Municipal Building, 501 Main Street, Denver, PA 17517. Questions regarding payment should be directed to Karen Lund, Borough Treasurer, at 717-336-2831, Ext. 2 during normal business hours, M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM. The successful bidder shall make arrangements one (1) day in advance to have the item picked up within ten (10) business days after award notification unless alternate arrangements are approved by the Borough of Denver.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
