4,313 Hours, runs and is drivable. A/C is not working Possibly low on freon. Has some scratches and dents from normal use. Needs the clutch replaced. Manual and parts book included. Maintenance records are available upon request. Arm Mower works as it should. Needs new blades and bolts.
Vehicles Sold "as is", there is no implied warranty. Buyer assumes responsibility for pick-up and condition of vehicle. Inspection of vehicle is available Monday – Friday 7:30am – 2:00pm. 48-hour advanced notice must be given prior to pick-ups or tows.
Items not paid for or picked up within thirty (30) days from auction end. Will be forfeited along with any money paid. Items will be relisted for sale.

- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
