Item Description
2012 Ford F-550 Dump Truck with 9'6" Western V-Plow. 6.7 liter diesel engine, automatic transmission, 97,297 miles. 4 wheel drive. Gross weight 19,500 pounds. Salt spreader and auger included. 9 foot stainless steel bed. Truck has an antifreeze leak in a hose underneath the truck. Truck sold "AS-IS".
Persons wishing to inspect the equipment should contact the Township Highway Department at (814) 949-3353, Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Service records are available upon request. The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model, year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever.
Bids will be accepted from Thursday October 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM until Tuesday November 12, 2024 at 3:30 PM. The successful bid will be awarded at the Logan Township Board of Supervisors meeting, November 14, 2024 at 6:00 PM. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Logan Township must be received within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash or cashier's check only. The successful bidder must pick up the vehicle at the Logan Township Municipal Building Highway Garage within fifteen (15) days of the awarding of the bid.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
