Item Description
The Town of Lyndeborough, NH is accepting bids on a 1994 HME Marion Fire Truck. The truck has a 1000-gallon tank and a 1000 gpm. pump. The vehicle has an air leak making the vehicle undriveable. The pump is not operational due to a mechanical failure in the pump.
The Town of Lyndeborough reserves the right to reject or accept any bid for any reason. There is no warranty on this vehicle either written or implied, the vehicle is being sold as is. The successful bidder will have one week to remove the vehicle from the Lyndeborough DPW.

330 Manual (fuel pump) Cummings. There are 1991 hours on the meter.

The two issues are not related. The air leak is from an unknown origin. The pump will not draft but does work in the tank to pump mode, unknown problem.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
