The successful bidder shall make payment to East Marlborough Township in the form of cashier's check or certified check, made payable to East Marlborough Township, 721 Unionville Rd, Kennett Square PA 19348. The successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within ten business days following close of auction and receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

2000 Sterling model 7500 39,000 lb GVW with CAT 3126 7.2L diesel engine with 2,922 hours and 44,371 miles. Galion steel dump body model # 650U has some rust but appears solid. Smith model UT696DD stainless steel spreader is included. The vehicle is being sold as is with no warranty implied or included. It is recommended to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
