Item Description
2015 Ford Explorer Interceptor. Fair condition with small cosmetic defects (dents, scratches, dings). Also has moderate dent on roof just above windshield as seen in pics. Check engine light is on and references exhaust sensor fault. No operational issues. This vehicle was a Sheriff fleet vehicle and is currently in service utilized by the county detective's office. Mileage will increase. Current PA inspection good through September 2025. This vehicle was used typically for 1 shift daily on weekdays. See photos for details. Photos taken on 12/20/2024
Routine service/maintenance via Mercer County Council of Government (C.O.G.) Garage.
Prior to sale/delivery- police radio, gun rack and antennae will be removed. Sheriff Decals will be removed.

An individual can obtain a Pennsylvania 60-day transit tag if the buyer is an out of state resident. Proof of insurance is required for a transit tag. Government entities may be able to assign municipal tags per their state regulations. This can be done at a local notary of your choosing. Thank you.

If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.
- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
