Payment Details
After being selected as the winning bid, the bidder must pay a 'buyer's fee' to Municibid that will be charged to the supplied credit card at the close of the auction. After the Buyer's fee has been processed, payment shall be made in full at the time of pickup, by cash or certified check. Failure to pay the balance shall result in forfeiture of the deposit. All vehicles must be removed from the Town no later than five business days after the date of sale, or the sale of the vehicle or vehicles which have not been removed in accordance therewith may be declared void and the monies paid by such successful bidder are to be forfeited to the Town.

Yes the last time we used it was a few years ago. Unknown if the motor is locked up.
