I have not set up an "Open House" but I can try to make arrangements if you need to. The value is based on "land only" and the building is expected to be demolished after its purchased.

I have not inspected the interior of the building. I believe it is only a single-family unit, however it's been vacant for several years and the sale is based on it's land value less the estimated demolition of the existing structure. The purchaser would be buying it As-Is, and it is expected that it would require either demolition or a complete rehab. You will need to check with the City to see if it can be used for more than a single-family residence.
