Item Description
2013 Gray Ford Explorer with 110,098 miles. The vehicle was driveable when last parked and starts and drives but the check engine light is on. It was used by the Parks Department and the Animal Control and needs a thorough cleaning. The heat does not work and the passenger seat does not slide back. The vehicle is sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties. The description provided is believed accurate however, interested parties are strongly encouraged to perform an in-person inspection and to make their own determinations regarding condition, function, and features prior to bidding. The check engine light and seat was not disclosed in last auction. We decided to rebid when the buyer asked to back out. Listed are all known issues with the vehicle. Bidders should inspect the vehicle if they have any other concerns. It will be sold as is ,

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
