Certified check or bank wire transfer required prior to pick up. Certified check made payable to Keating Township. Item must be picked up within 20 days of auction end. All items will be sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. Keating Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
Item Description
This truck was purchased new by the township in 1995. It was maintained regularly and is in good running condition. The front steer tires were just installed last summer. The inspection ran out in January and we have not had the truck inspected by a mechanic to see if it will pass. The only issue that is known is the cab corner and sill plate rust. It starts good and runs smooth.
The engine is a 5.9 Cummins with a 5 speed trans with a two speed rear. The GVW is 37,000.
The hydraulics are a live system. The snow plow is included. There are connections in the rear for a hydraulic sander and controls in the cab.
This good ole truck is being sold as is with no warranty.

The truck is functional and runs fine. It shouldn't have any issue driving any where. We haven't had it checked over for inspection this year. It will probably need cab corner work as seen in the pictures to pass.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. - Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
