Upon notification of award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Town of Westhampton within ten (10) business days or the bid will be forfeited and the next highest bidder may be offered the bid award. Payment shall be delivered to the following address: Town of Westhampton, 1 South Road, Westhampton, MA 01027.
