Item Description
2006 Ford Crown Vic White. Was a police cruiser then retired to our Inlands Wetlands department. Car has 82,048.5 miles. Car runs with no dash waning lights but has been sitting for about 6 months. Paint is worn and peeling in spots, body is in pretty good shape. This vehicle has a Certificate of Origin, not a transferable Title.
This vehicle is offered “AS IS” with all faults, and “WHERE IS”, no guarantees or warranties either expressed or implied. Auction winner must pick up/tow the vehicle from the Town of New Milford facility in New Milford, Connecticut.
Questions will need to be submitted through municidbid.com or OpenGov Procurement, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/newmilford, on or before, Monday, April 21, 2005 by 8:00 am. Question will be answered by 5:00 pm on April 24, 2025.

Minimal rusting, some rot but nothing structural that is showing. Car is sold as is.

Vehicle was removed from frontline police duty as it was replaced with a newer model. Was used as a town car for a few years then replaced again. Town has maintenence records available on request to winning bidder.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
