"What is the reserve price the City has put on this piece...remembering that you are a Municipality and info must be made available to the public.... thank u" - Asked by #57005501 04/12/2025 08:45 PM |
A: |
We are not required to publish the reserve. However, bidders can see whether a reserve has been met by showing "reserve not met" or "reserve met" under the starting bid. This approach allows sellers to set a minimum acceptable price while still generating interest with a lower starting bid.
