The purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder immediately or not more than 20 days from the conclusion of the electronic auction as determined by the North Lebanon Township.  Items are being sold as is with all sales being final upon approval of the bid by the Township.  Pre-bid inspection of the items is recommended.  There are no warranties expressed or implied and no refunds of any kind will be made.   North Lebanon Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  Successful bidders can pick up the items at the North Lebanon Twp building, 725 Kimmerlings Rd, Lebanon, PA  17046.

We are selling them as a lot with the thought that the buyer will be able to use the broken tools for parts.
