METHOD OF PREMOVAL

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. A MINIMUM OF (3) BUSINESS DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED. The Purchaser must provide all equipment, and appropriate truck capable of accepting this equipment listed for sale . The CTA will only ensure that the machines identified in this auction are accessible for loading by the Purchaser from building's loading dock. Removal must occur between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday.

For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).

NOTE: The removal of some components may only be possible by disassembling the components. The buyer is responsible for removal of all these components, regardless of size and at its own expense.

Inspection: The responsibility to determine the condition of the equipment rests with the bidder. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the item(s) prior to bidding and submit bids solely on their personal inspection and evaluation.

Equipment sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS", Removal from the listed location shall be by an appropriate truck capable of handling the complete load from its current location.

Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
