DPW will put it on an open trailer, not a closed trailer. you would have to arrange with dpw a good time for them to put it on the trailer should you win the bid. i am finding that out for you now (edited on 04/03/2025 01:45 PM)

They both work. They both were maintained for service. Not sure if one or the other is better/worse.
