Payment Details

After being selected as the winning bid, the bidder must pay a 'buyer's fee' to Municibid that will be charged to the supplied credit card at the close of the auction. After the Buyer's fee has been processed, payment shall be made in full at the time of pickup, by cash or certified check. Failure to pay the balance shall result in forfeiture of the deposit. All vehicles must be removed from the Town no later than five business days after the date of sale, or the sale of the vehicle or vehicles which have not been removed in accordance therewith may be declared void and the monies paid by such successful bidder are to be forfeited to the Town.

Military, Sky-Track, Boom Forklift, ran well when parked 1 year ago, Will need batteries, & the control box at the forks that control tilt & fork spread rewired, Take further notice thyat the vehicles are in used condition, may be inoperable, parts may be missing, & repairs may be required. Also, defects other than those exposed to view may exist.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
