Payment Details
The successful bidder shall make payment to Benner Township in the form of a certified check. Successful bidder shall remove the equipment within seven (7) calendar days following the receipt of payment unless other arrangements are made. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the equipment. Buyer is responsible for all taxes and transfer fees.

2007 Mack Granite CV713 Tandem Axle Dump Truck with a AI 427 Diesel engine with 65,900 miles with a Benson aluminum bed with a Black Fire bed liner, Roll Rite electric tarp, 11' Flink reversible front plow , 10' Tenco wing plow, an Elkin under body salt spreader (the salt spreader recently stopped functioning due to an issue in the controller). Truck and accessories are being sold as is where is without warranty either expressed or implied.

8 speed Easton-Fuller transmission, the bed is 162" long, trunnion and frame have some surface rust as can be expected for the year. Within the last 2 years trunnion bar, bushings and u-bolts have been replaced. Within the last 2 years front tires, air compressor and batteries were also replaced.

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
