Item Description
2014 Chrysler Ram Van Va. Color: White with gray interior.. Current mileage: 115,418 miles. The vehicle identification number is 2C4JRGAGXER411451. This is an automatic transmission gasoline driven vehicle used daily. It has power brakes, windows, locks and mirrors and a cage divider between the driver and passenger seats and the cargo area. Vehicle has the check engine light on with a misfire code and we will not be fixing the vehicle.
The vehicle is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Distribution Headquarters, 437 W. Front Street, Chester, PA 19013. Contact Ken Leibowitz at 267-760-1355. The Authority’s communication equipment, identifying markings and tools and equipment will be removed by the Authority prior to sale. Vehicle is being sold otherwise “AS IS”. CWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by Cashier’s Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashier’s Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes. Once the Chester Water Authority has received the Cashier’s Check, the buyer will be contacted by Chester Water Authority to schedule the title transfer to complete the sales transaction. Buyer is responsible for paying all fees associated with vehicle title transfer and licensing. Buyer must pick up vehicle.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
