Item Description

Used 2012 Toro Groundsmaster 4100-D Lawnmower for Sale by the Town of Franklin, MA

The Town of Franklin, MA is selling a used 2012 Toro Groundsmaster 4100-D Lawnmower. The bid will run from 04/28/2026 until 05/19/2026 at 4:00 PM.

The mower features a Kubota Diesel engine and has been operated for 2,514 hours. It was removed from service in the fall of 2024 due to age and usage. With a cutting edge of 10.3 feet, this mower is fully functional for both running and mowing. It has been utilized by the Town's Parks Department for the routine maintenance of parks and fields. Please note that the mower is being sold as is, with no implied or otherwise warranty. To inspect the lawnmower, schedule an appointment by calling 508-553-5549.

The winning bidder will be required to sign a non-collusion statement (per MGL c.30B) and a bill of sale. Payments must be made to the Town of Franklin in the form of cash, cashier's check, bank check, or money order. Please be aware that personal checks, business checks, and credit cards are not accepted. The lawnmower cannot be shipped and must be picked up in person. Bidding is conducted on the Municibid website (www.municibid.com) and not directly with the Town. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
