Only a bank check, certified check, cashier's check, government check or money order made payable to Upper Salford Township will be accepted for payment. Payments shall be mailed to Upper Salford Township at 1441 Salford Station Road, Harleysville, PA 19438 or delivered to Upper Salford Township, 1441 Salford Station Road, Harleysville, PA 19438. Item Description
2 Antique chicken coops for sale. Being sold as is, on site. Successful responsible bidder must provide payment and certificate of insurance with Upper Salford Township being listed as the additional insured prior to the removal of the coops. Successful bidder is responsible for removal from the site within 30 days of notification and payment.

Pictures of the inside are not available. It is approximately 12' in diameter and 6' in height in the center + another 4' to the vent. Again these are all approximate. It is strongly encouraged that you visit the site, if interested.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
