Item Description
The Town of Tyngsborough seeks to sell a 2000 Spartan Fire Engine that was taken out of service in 2024. The engine ran at the time it was taken out of service but will likely need to be jump-started. The Town is aware of electrical issues with the truck which resulted in its termination of use.
All items are sold as is. No warranty is made about the condition of any item. Potential bidders should conduct their own inspection.
Seller’s Terms & Conditions
All sales will be made with a cashier's or treasurer's check made out to "Town of Tyngsborough". All items must be picked up by the bidder at their sole expense & with no assistance from the Town.

The issue the Town identified was chewed wiring for the emergency lights. The Town did not spend money to investigate further as the replacement engine had already been approved.
