Item Description
East Bradford Township is selling an exMark walk behind 60" mower: Specs are as follows:
2016 exMark 60" walk behind model TTX 650
- Kohler Command PRO ECV650 EFI engine
- Hours 2464.4
- TTX 650
- replaced fuel pump module 6/25.
This mower was purchased used by the township earlier this year to get us thru this summer. Serviced prior to first use. Only put about 5 hours on it this year.
To make an appointment to inspect this mower, contact Randy Behmke at rbehmke@eastbradford.org. Appointments available M-F, 8AM-3PM. East Bradford Township, as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The mower is being sold on an “As is, where is” basis. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to East Bradford Township in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order, made payable to East Bradford Township, 676 Copeland School Rd. West Chester, PA 19380. Successful bidder shall remove item(s) within seven (7) days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and to award to the vendor of choice. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up mower. Delivery is not available. The Township is not responsible for mower once it has left Township property.
East Bradford Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Mower can be picked up at the East Bradford Public Works Facility located at 678 Copeland School Road, West Chester PA 19380.
Bid will be awarded at the East Bradford Township Board of Supervisors meeting on Monday January 5th, 2026.

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
