The item must be removed no later than 15 business days after bid award date. Successful bidder is responsible for all transfer and transportation. Failure to make payment within 15 days will result in the item being placed back on Municibid. The Town of Greene reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.

Vehicle Mileage: 24,844

Known problems: Poly tank failure (tank replacement required) and object lodged in impeller of pump (dis-assemble pump and remove obstruction).

Seller’s Terms & Conditions

All payments must be by certified payment at time of pickup within 10 business days of award. Applicant responsible for transfer title costs and sales tax (if not sold to a tax sales tax exempt entity). Buyer must remove auction item(s)from the Town premises at a mutually agreed upon time between 8am and 2pm Monday thru Friday. Successful bidders are responsible for packing, loading, removing, and transporting all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
