Successful bidder must remit cash or cashier’s check payable to DuBois Area School District for the full purchase price at the time of pickup. Buyer is responsible for all removal/transportation costs. Buyer must notify the District at least 48 hours prior to pick-up to schedule an appointment. Item must be picked up at the DuBois Area School District Maintenance Building. Item is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. The District makes no representations regarding condition, operability, mileage, or fitness for any particular purpose. All sales are final. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to cancel the sale at its discretion. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the vehicle upon removal from DuBois Area School District property.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
