Item Description
The "Resilient Relic"
"In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer," wrote Albert Camus. This Chevy Express, however, found that within itself, there was an invincible desire to stop working. It is a monument to a simpler time when it actually had a heartbeat. Now, it seeks a partner for its final journey to the scrap yard or the parts bin.
Note: Does it start? No. Will it move? Only with the help of a very strong tow truck and a fair amount of sweat. It is currently winning a game of "musical chairs" where the music stopped in 2017.
"En medio del invierno, descubrí que había en mí un verano invencible", escribió Albert Camus. Esta Chevy Express, sin embargo, descubrió que dentro de sí misma había un deseo invencible de dejar de trabajar. Es un monumento a una época más sencilla en la que realmente tenía latidos.
