Failure to pick up within the required time is a default of this agreement and your money will not be refunded. The City has the right to re-auction the item.

2014 Chevy Impala, former police vehicle. Mileage: 135,049. The vehicle starts with a jump and is drivable off the lot. The vehicle needs a battery, windshield and has a possible suspension issue. Has minor dings and dents. Inspection sticker Exp: 9/25. AUCTION END TIME 4/10/26 at 12:15PM

The vehicle is being sold "AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS". There are no warranties either expressed or implied. Vehicle must be picked up - will not be shipped.
