Failure to pick up within the required time is a default of this agreement and your money will not be refunded. The City has the right to re-auction the item.

2006 Ford E350, former police vehicle. Mileage: 90,290. The vehicle does start with a jump but will need to be towed. The vehicle has an issue with roll stability Control System, needs brakes and has minor dings and dents. Inspection sticker Exp: 9/23. AUCTION END TIME 4/10/26 at 12:30PM

The vehicle is being sold "AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS". There are no warranties either expressed or implied. Vehicle must be picked up - will not be shipped.
