Buyer is responsible for transporting the item within 30 business days of purchase and providing a certified check to the City of Newburyport within 30 business days. All checks are to be made payable to the City of Newburyport. Item must be picked up at its current location and transported off site by the Buyer at their own costs. The City of Newburyport assumes no liability in the transport of this item. Item must be picked up between the hours of 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday and the date and time must be agreed to with the City of Newburyport prior to pickup.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
