Item Description

A double trunnion (or tilting) kettle is a high-capacity commercial cooking vessel, often featuring a steam-jacketed, double-walled stainless steel design for even heating. These units typically tilt to empty, are used for large-batch cooking (soups, sauces, stocks)

Steam-Jacketed Design: A double-wall interior creates a chamber around the lower 2/3 of the kettle for steam, allowing for consistent, even heating and cooking, similar to a giant double boiler.
Trunnion/Tilting Mechanism: The kettle is mounted on trunnions, allowing it to tilt for easy pouring and cleaning.
Construction & Material: Usually constructed with 304 stainless steel, with 316 stainless steel often used for the interior cooking surface for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Capacity: 6 gallon tabletop units

This piece of equipment is in “good” condition. It has only been used a few times. Extremely heavy; buyer must supply appropriate lifting/moving equipment.

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
