Item Description

This is a high-production, gas-powered floor unit featuring a shallow, flat-bottom tank designed for consistent, even frying of donuts.

Design: Specifically designed with a shallow, flat-bottom vat for "floating" products, preventing them from sticking and allowing for even cooking.
Production Capacity: High-volume, capable of producing up to 100 dozen donuts per hour (34P-M model).
Construction: Durable stainless steel front, sides, and door, with a peened tank finish to facilitate cleaning.
Heating System: High-efficiency, blower-free atmospheric burners with temperatures ranging from 200 to 450 degrees F.
Controls: Typically equipped with solid-state thermostats (with melt cycle/boil-out modes) or millivolt controls.
Safety Features: High-temperature safety limit switch, drain valve interlock (on some models), and matchless ignition.

This piece of equipment is in “good” condition. It has only been used a few times. Extremely heavy; buyer must supply appropriate lifting/moving equipment.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
