Payment must be in the form of a certified check or money order, made payable to Towamencin Township. No other form of payment will be accepted. For all titled vehicles/trailers, sales tax will be applied at time of title transfer and paid directly to the title transfer agent. All titled vehicles and equipment will require the purchaser or an authorized agent to be present for the appropriate title transfer paperwork to be completed. If you are tax exempt, please provide your tax exempt certificate to the title transfer agent at time of transfer.

Prompt payment and pick up is expected. Please schedule pick up within two (2) weeks of winning auction. If being driven off lot, driver must provide valid driver's license and proof of insurance prior to vehicle leaving lot. If vehicle is being towed for transportation, a date and time must be set prior to a tow arriving.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
