Refunds: Please note that refunds will NOT be provided for items not picked up by the specified deadline.
Bidding Process: The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

SOLD AS IS Payment and Title MUST be transferred during one of the following time frames: May 1st, 2:30-4:30 pm / May 4th - noon-4:00 pm / May7th 10:00 am-2:00 pm / May 8th 1:00 pm-4:00 pm Payment in full must be made within 5 business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the County reserves the right to relist the item or award to the second highest bidder. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with transfer of title. Title transfer will be coordinated with Sherman's Messenger Service and Cumberland County Commissioner's Office. The successful bidder shall remove the item(s) by Wednesday May 13th at noon if title transfer has been completed. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
