All vehicle(s) and equipment are sold in “as is” condition without express or implied warranties. The accepted methods of payment are exact change cash, certified check or money order. All methods must be payable to the “Borough of Montvale.” All items are to be paid in full within five (7) days and are to be removed within ten (10) days of the auction by the successful bidder. No claims are made to the condition or future usability of all items auctioned. The Borough of Montvale reserves the right to accept or reject any bids submitted. Items not claimed within 30 days of the winning bid will be re-listed for auction.

2014 Dodge Charger V8 runs, drives, stops, and starts on its own power. Some dash lights are on check engine,traction control, brake, ABS, tire pressure, etc.(see picture).It has rot on the drivers side floor. it will also need a dront drive axle (see pictures).
