The winning bidder shall be notified after the auction closes on the website and the Borough Council approves the sale at the Monday, June 15, 2026, Council meeting. Payment and pickup arrangements should be made with Larry Kurpakus, Director of Public Works, at 412-850-5026. The winning bidder agrees to pay by cash, certified bank check, or money order, and to remove all items won at bid within thirty days of the award, unless other arrangements are made with the Borough in advance. Payment must be made to the Borough of Fox Chapel, 401 Fox Chapel Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238.

25,900 GVWR. PA Inspection valid through 8/26.

All lights, air brakes, and ramps are functioning properly.

Tires in good condition.

Frame, suspension & axle components, and wood deck in fair condition.

Equipment is being sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied, and must be picked up at the Borough of Fox Chapel within 30 days from the close of the auction.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
